How do I calculate shipping?

SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE WHOLESALE PRICE. International shipping will be determined at the time of the placed order. To get an estimate please call: 713-446-2352.

Can I set my own retail prices?

No. The retail prices given are the set prices. Please do not adjust.

Do you have a recommendation on the retail prices I should charge my customer?

We recommend 50-150% markups depending on the product  and your clientele, however do not linit you if you would like to price higher  than 150%.

How will I know when my merchandise has been shipped?.

You will receive an email from us the day your order ships. Since we alternative between USPS and UPS and FedEx, a tracking number will be provided if applicable.

Do I need to have a business license to order from your website?

No, but you will need to check with your local and state offices to make sure you are complying with state and local business statues. All states and municipalities work independently and have their own regulations.

Are you a middle man using other warehouses as the drop shipper for the products?

Absolutely not! We manufacture most of our product and ship directly to your customer. In some case we have created proprietary relationships with exclusive artisans to provide fulfillment for certain products.

Do you have minimum purchase requirements for Wholesalers?

Yes. $100 order is the minimum.

Do I need to have a business license to order from your website?

Do you offer credit terms.
No, we require a credit card on file and process your card before we start manufacturing the product. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization form provided for you under Wholesaler and fax to: 281-419-6701.

Time of Delivery
It normally takes 2-3 weeks to produce your order. Your shipping time will then apply after your order is processed.


Damage Claims
All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing our detailed quality control check method before they leave our studio. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection. Claims damaged shipments must be made within two working days of receipt. If you receive an item damaged or broken, we will issue the appropriate Shipper Call Tag to pick up the damaged(s), file a claim and ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional charge. Additional Production time may be required.


Order Cancellation
Cancellation notice must be submitted either at at 713-446-2352 or
orders@chowtimeproductions.com no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. During this period if an order has not been sent to our production team for processing then we can cancel the order otherwise it is non-cancellable. We advised our customers to please make sure they identify the pieces that you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.

Return Policy
Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed if the item is defective. Please contact us via e-mail at orders@chowtimeproductions.com to report all defects/returns. Note: Personalized orders cannot be returned unless deemed defective.  Since every Chowtime piece is hand-painted, no two pieces are exactly alike. There are always minor variations in color and design from piece to piece. These variations are the hallmark of hand-painted pottery. We would like to point out that the color in the photos may vary from computer to computer. Not all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, so the product you receive may vary slightly in color from the photo on your monitor. Color or piece variations will not be considered defective. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been used, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns deemed to be non-defective. We reserve the right to refuse your return based on our return policy.
NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED.

Texas Companies
All new Texas customers please ensure a copy of reseller's permit document has been faxed to 281-419-6701. If the necessary documents had not been received when your order is processed, sales tax will be added on to your order. Submission of this form is not required for international customers.
